Today wasn't boring, today was awesome because it was a snow day. Tomorrow might be one too...here's to hoping for that.
All I did today was play Okami and Call of Duty 2, among browsing the internet. Now I think I'm going to draw then get on AIM later on...I'm boring today, but I'm having a good time.

Yeah, that's mostly all I did today. Came home, played some Call of Duty 2, then started this. It was originally a tiny sketch at school that I thought was a cool idea (to pixelate it and stuff) so I redrew it at home then went over it with my mouse. My tonfas give me a better idea on what Niketa has here, although mine don't have blades [thank goodness].
I've got a bit of Health Homework...just a worksheet on examining X-Rays, nothing intense. I am, however, supposed to come up with an idea for an art project to start in art class at school tomorrow, but I can't think of anything. I need something by tomorrow though...I already wasted today just sketching things (although I got something done for home).
Oh yeah, tomorrow is going to rule. 1st Period: take notes on Stocks. 2nd period: take notes on Bones. 3rd period: take notes on Movies. 4th period: work on art project if I can think of something. And when I say 'rule' I mean 'be boring as hell'.
Homework...CoD2...maybe some sketching, then sleep. That's the rest of my night.

I know I haven't posted here in a while...just haven't been doing it lately, 'tis all.
Well the weekend is just about over and I was sick during the whole time. It was pretty bad too, because I knew some friends would call me wanting to hang out and I'd want to decline their offers, but this time just about everyone I knew called me to hang out, which is something that doesn't happen every weekend. I actually declined playing SSBM with some guys I play with (who I haven't played with in about a month) because I was sick. D: I mean I could've played, but I would've done bad because my head ached and my throat and nose weren't doing so hot either.
I got my tonfas in the mail already. Been spinning them everyday, and lately I've been trying out some less-traditional stuff like throwing them up then catching them in an improper position that could still be lethal [grabbing onto the long-end]. I'm not trying to be a fighter with them by no means, but I do want to have fun with them.
Also I made a new character last night. A friend of mine helped me come up with her design, but I mostly wanted to simply make a dragoness that was chubbier than all my others and based [loosely] from a pomegranate. I love pomegranates...

Call of Duty 2 (PC) server administrators are Mini-Dictators, I tell you. I keep getting kicked and banned from servers for kicking ass and it's getting annoying. I'm sure most people like getting kicked because then they can go "lol noobs", but not me, because I get kicked from servers with good ping and such. Call of Duty 2 isn't a huge game online, so I'm running out of good servers. This is crap.

Sunday was pretty cool I guess. Basically woke up then got ready and went to my cousin's girlfriend's house to celebrate his birthday. I got Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door for him, I'm sure he'll like it. We mostly just played videogames but we also saw the movie Hot Shots, which I hadn't seen yet. I liked it.

Other than that, now it's late and I have school tomorrow and any homework I had was pretty much optional, so I didn't do any. I do need an idea for an art project to start tomorrow, but I have none...I don't know what I'm going to do. I kind of want to make some kind of Soviet-looking propaganda of something...but I don't know what. Blah, the worst part about art class is trying to come up with an idea. I don't have much time left to finish 6 projects by the end of the year...I apparently take long now.
Oh yeah, and I've been running out of hard drive space. I have a 160gb hard drive but I've been running out, and there's not much I'm willing to delete, and putting files on CDs or DVDs is just lame. However, being a jobless loser I am, I can't really buy a new one...
...but my brother did. He unexpectedly ordered for me a new 250gb hard drive. All my hard drive space problems solved...thanks bro. :D
It's kind of weird to think that I'll be sitting in my first period class in just 8 hours...

You know, usually I find myself at home going "I want to go somewhere", but today I just want to stay home and only stay home. All week I hadn't really spent time playing videogames that much so I want to do a lot of that today...and using the PC. Might do some OCing tonight.
I knew my friend would call asking if I wanted to hang out today, but I declined because...well...I want to play Okami, not Gears of War. Okami is getting more and more amazing the more I play it...the game picks up at around 5 hours but those 5 hours are impressive as well. I love the style of the graphics.
But yeah, my weekend plans are pretty much being home, but I did tell my friend if he was available tomorrow we could hang out tomorrow if he wanted to. I also need to buy a mouse for the snake and get a haircut finally. I've been holding off the haircut for too long.

Well today was surely the first crappy day I had in a while.
In first period we were handed an extremely large amount of papers and we had to finish fake W-4's, 1040EZ's and 40S forms for fake people, then during that we had a test on a fake W-4/1040EZ/40S for a fake person, so we were basically doing ones for 3 people at the same time. No one got done, but she had us turn everything in anyways, but class had ended and I wanted to finish a few more things then I had to staple my crap together but everyone was huddled around it so it was difficult. When I finally got to it, I put it in the box [already feeling like crap since I didn't finish it] and then I couldn't figure out where some reference papers go so I was like "uh I don't know where these go" to the teacher. By the time I left the class I had one minute to get to my next class that is about two minutes away, so I was late.
Being late to my next class, we were to correct an assignment we did the day before, and some dumb kid corrected mine and was critical with definitions and marked some of mine wrong because they were worded differently than the teacher specified, so after class I had to show her my work and verify they were correct and such. I hate having other people correct my work, especially when they're dumb.
Third and fourth periods were okay I guess, but now my plans for the rest of the day are ones I'm not too fond with: a friend of mine wants to hang out today but he wants us to go to the mall, and I guess we can go but there's really nothing I need there so I'll just be walking around looking at stuff. I want to be home and just relax, which means playing games and drawing stuff. Also I finished a picture last night that's cool I guess but I'm personally not too satisfied with it...so I wish I could get something better done today, but I don't think I have time for that. Ugh.
Last night I ordered a pair of black wooden tonfas. Why? Because they're cheap and I want some. I made a crappy one using a metal bar for the longer part and very-tightly rolled up newspaper for the handle and taped them to each other. I can spin it and stuff, but there's not enough weight in the metal...I need real ones.

A friend let me borrow the movie almost a week ago and I never really watched it until now...
...I think it's amazing. Like seriously, holy crap. There are some parts that would make anyone go "uh that's not how it would happen", but still, what a great movie. The lighting effects and the filming in general is just amazing, and I really like the plot.
Also Okami is amazing too. I'm only about 4 or 5 hours in it, but damn it's great.
School's been going as usual. Been sketching a lot, but coloring little; I suppose that's a better habit than sketching little and coloring equal to that though.

Finally done with that scholarship crap. After I turned it in and walked out of the "Career Center" room I almost wanted to get on my knees and start cheering all happy and stuff, but that would've been weird. I just wanted to get some food.
I was tired all day today too...and right now; even after getting more sleep than usual last night. I think stress of all this crap is making me tired because I've never really felt this way before---and I've never had stress like this in a long time. Perhaps tomorrow I'll be awake since I won't be thinking of garbage that needs to be done all the time.
I don't think I played a single videogame yesterday...that's really scary because I never miss videogames in a day unless I'm not around them. Dumb scholarships, I'm going to play Wario Ware now.

Okay so I'm in a rush to get my scholarship packet done for school which is due tomorrow [Wednesday]. I went to school a bit early (barely getting sleep because I was working on some art) and I couldn't work on it earlier because my cousin came over. I played some games with him but then I let him play Wario Ware while I worked on my scholarship crap.
So I was really tired today and requested a teacher to give me a recommendation for the scholarships. He said he'll do it, but it still concerns me whether he will do it or not because if he doesn't I'm quite screwed. I would've done all this much earlier if I had known about it.
In 2nd period we had a worksheet which I still need to finish full of "fill in the blank" stuff featuring medical prefixes and suffixes. It's hard, and we don't get to take the textbooks home, so I'll have to try to get it done through Google. I hope it works.
And I still need to finish the rest of the scholarship stuff...tonight is the night. I need to type one more essay then fill out some papers and print them, and my sister will send me her husband's recommendation letter through e-mail soon that I also will need to print out.
There was other stuff too...too much to talk about. Ugh I'm so stressed and it's hard to get a hold of my counselor because the semester just started so he's always booked even if I sign up to speak with him a day or two before. I managed to get a hold of him but he denied doing a recommendation form because he had so many other to do, so I had to go to my Biology teacher from two years ago to see if he could do one---but to speak with him, I had to wait 40 minutes since school wasn't out yet, so I went to the art room and worked on my project a bit, but it was crowded that period so I had to sit at a weird spot in the room...
sdkfjhsadkjghs today sucked and I'm glad all this crap will be over tomorrow.

Anyways, out of nowhere my dad threw a bunch of stuff at me and now tomorrow I need to go to 3 teachers to ask if they can fill out some recommendation form (amidst the start of the new semester so they're probably busy) because I have to turn in a bunch of stuff by Wednesday for scholarships. Apparently my dad had all this information for almost a month but never really bothered to show me, and now that there's less than 72 hours left, he shows me, and I have to do a lot of crap. I need to write essays for the ones that need them and such. This sucks, but I'm going to do it.
It's late, I need sleep.

There was no school Friday since the semester ended. Next week will be almost like a new school year, because every one of my classes completely changed except Art. I think it will be easier now...instead of History, I have Economics, and instead of Mythology, I have "Film is Lit" which is just a class where you watch movies. It's apparently a legit English Class. Oh yeah, and instead of Holocaust Studies I'll have Health Occupations.
On Friday I went out and got a mouse for the snake, she finally ate one. Its been awhile since she's eaten. When I got home, my friend called me and asked me if I wanted to come over since he got his family hooked on Wii Sports, so I grabbed my Wiimote and went over. His mom accidentally smacked my Wiimote against a glass coffee table which took a small chip out of the top, and she was extremely apologetic and started going like "omgomg" even though it was fine. Seeing Jesus and Hitler box against each other was funny. Also we played Gears of War, which I'm starting to really like every time we play it...we started to play it on the Insane Difficulty, which my friend was kinda nervous to do but I was like "LET'S DO DIS" so we did, and it isn't that bad.
On Saturday the plan was we were going to see Star Wars Episode IV which was playing in the town theater. It's a fund-raising thing for the High School Orchestra, but we thought it would be cool to go see it. We went with his girlfriend and my cousin's girlfriend (my cousin was unable to come since he was working) and their friend Gabby. Good times...on the way back, my friend and I recorded ourselves while driving back home. We talk about pretty weird/funny stuff when we're driving around, so now we plan on recording ourselves every time just to see if we get any good stuff on film. Pretty hilarious.
Sunday I just plan on staying at home and doing stuff. Sketch...work on school art project...play games...
Now I'm home and just listening to Okami music because it's kickass even though I don't like the kind of music it has. I'm a sucker for flutes, I tell you, they're just awesome. I want to get the game...I might buy [order] it tomorrow with the little money I have. I need a job.
Working on some sketches right now...I don't want to ink and color them but I have to...but dang that's the most boring part now. D: I wish they'd ink and color themselves.
I plan on making a new character tonight...oh yes he'll be weird.

All I did today was wake up after having a weird dream I already forgot by now, and got up knowing that school was going to be really boring. In 1st period, we were going to listen to the rest of the Native American speeches, which is what we've been doing for the past couple weeks. I just think of other stuff though.
In second period we finished watching that Michael Moore film "Bowling for Columbine", which I liked, but I also like guns so I'm strange. Either way, I like those kind of documentaries...but since it's over, it's back to boring bookwork for awhile.
Third period we were finishing that movie with Alec Baldwin with the Nuremberg Trials or whatever. It's fairly boring and has too much Hollywood implemented in it, but oh well...more time to think of other stuff.
Here's the kicker: I have 2 art projects to finish by Thursday, which I mentioned earlier. I can finish one if I stay after school (AKA 12:35pm), but the second one is probably hopeless since I'm so far away from finishing it. On Thursday (Finals start tomorrow and there's no 4th period for me) I'm going to ask my teacher if he's really going to give me a B since I have only 5 out of 6 projects complete. If he says yes, then with that 90 minutes of the finals period, I'm going to quickly make an awesome but uninspired pen and ink picture of something. That would be 6 projects for an A...and I'm going to tell him this plan. "Either you just give me an A now and I'll finish my 6th project next week, or I can get an A now but I'll do some uninspired pen and ink drawing to get an A anyways and waste time I could use on finishing my real 6th project."
Unless he's dumb he'd give me an A and let me work on my 6th project which will be done next week. I'll have the same class and the same period next semester...no change.
But yeah, finals start tomorrow, so I need to work on some notes that teachers are letting me have in just about every class but art (since there's no final in art...for me, anyways). Hopefully I won't suck in the Mythology Final.
I just got home at 3:00pm, and I finished my 5th project. Took me from 11:50am to 2:45pm to finish...it had to be done. I like it though...probably the coolest school art project I've made this year so I'm happy about it. Glad I didn't make some crazy mistake like I always do. I'm all worn out with art right now, but I still want to draw dragon stuff later today.

Weekend was pretty cool I guess. Went to friend's house on Friday---he got a Wii. I brought Wario Ware to his house thinking he would find it awesome, but he's stubborn and has something against Wario Ware gameplay so he didn't even want to even mess with it. He liked the darts though, but still...you have to be a communist to hate Wario Ware. Later on we played Gears of War and we did the last chapter, among others. Man that game has incredible graphics. We also watched that movie Employee of the Month, which apparently is a crappy movie, but it was funnier than some others I've seen that were supposed to be. I don't care about bad-acting hot actresses so Jessica Simpson being in there was kind of "meh" for me, but it was pretty cool anyways. Except they messed up at the beginning when they showed huge products like huge cases of beer and huge box of condoms, then they showed a huge box with a shotgun in it that said "20 GAUGE" on it. Well, hate to break it to you, but 20 Gauge is a smaller shell than the classic 12 Gauge. They thought a bigger number meant bigger shell, but it's the other way around. Simple research, folks.
On Saturday I didn't really do much but play games. I went to get a mouse for the snake but they had none...I'll check again tomorrow.
Sunday was nothing also. My brother got a Wii finally though, which is cool. But yeah, I just uploaded a bunch of stuff at FA again...and now I'm going to do a bit of homework I have left then draw some stuff.
I have 2 art projects to finish within 4 days...I hope my teacher gives me a break and still gives me an A for the Semester or I'll hate him because I'll get both projects done at the first week of the 2nd semester, guaranteed. I don't want to rush my crap just to finish it before the end of the Semester when the class will not change in between those weeks. Urg.

Today was awesome because I got to do stuff I want to do, but somehow today felt even more satisfying because I just finished a lot of crap for school and now I'm finally done.
I had to present my Navajo project this morning, and I think my speech really sucked, but I got 100% on everything so I'm satisfied. I had to work on that stuff until 1:00am last night, starting at around 9:30pm. I procrastinate, and it bit me in the rear-end, but everything turned out okay.
Anyways, yesterday my brother sent me a link to a game called Cave Story...and I just finished it today. Easily one of the best games I've played in a long time, and it's freeware.

It's a game made by some guy in Japan who goes by the name Pixel (and it's an amazing game for one single person to work on it) that was translated to English. It basically plays like a Metroid/Castlevania/Blaster Master/Gunstar Heroes mix, but in its own way. The graphics and music style are similar to an NES which is what Pixel aimed for. However, since it's not played on an actual NES, there are plenty of graphical advantages while still maintaining the style. It's like playing an NES game that has an advanced processor.
You can read more about it in the link I posted above, but there's not much else to say besides "download it". It's a fantastic game with an interesting story and characters which something that's lacking in today's games. It's free and awesome; there's nothing to lose but time, so if you have that, at least try out this game.
What a sweet game. I want to draw fanart for it because it's just too awesome to pass up drawing for. :]
I also played a lot of Wario Ware today. That game is also very awesome.

Last night I checked the weather on my Wii and other places and it said it was going to snow tomorrow. I thought "BS" because it said it was going to be 40F which isn't even cold enough for anything frozen. But at 2nd period today, it started snowing. It started snowing in 2nd period last Thursday but it didn't stick worth crap, but today it stuck and kept snowing harder and harder and eventually gave over an inch, which made the school go "omfg" and call of classes after 4th period (although I leave after 4th period anyways).
The school wasn't clear on what to do and almost restricted people who drove to school from leaving, but they realized they can't legally do that so they only recommended that people didn't drive home and took the buses. Screw that, I'm driving. I don't want to wait and have to come back and get the car later.
Everyone was going slow on roads for obvious reasons, and I even saw some people get stuck because the backside of their cars slid down the slope of the road perpendicular of its designated direction so they blocked the roads. I went a slightly alternate direction but ultimately made it back just fine.
I love snow. My driveway is covered with it right now and my parents are going to Medford for a couple hours so I'm going to make a snowman or something. Woot.
I hope school is out tomorrow because the snow is melting a little on the main roads, but it's sticking everywhere else. Regardless, it will freeze tonight, with chances of more snow coming down, so I have a reason to hope for no school. Also that would give me more time for my Navajo project.
My parents and I just got back from the China Buffet...I'm stuffed. Need to wait awhile before I go outside. :x
Edit - I didn't make a snowman (yet), but I just went out and got Wario Ware: Smooth Moves. The roads are pretty bad in places where people rarely go on, but roads are practically just wet/normal on busy ones. I wonder if when the roads freeze at night will be effective enough for the school to think it should be canceled. I hope so.

I started sketching it last night, finished sketching it this morning, finished inking it in the afternoon then finished coloring it around now. I took a lot of small breaks including one to hop in the car and go put an envelope (a $20 rebate for something I know I'll forget about) in one of those nifty blue mailboxes. Also I woke up pretty late anyways, although my dad did wake me up around 8:15am in alert:
Him: "Oh for heaven's sake you're going to be late."
Me: "It's Martin Luther King Day..."
Him: "Why didn't you tell me?"
Me: "It's a National Holiday, I thought you knew."
Him: "Oh, well I thought it was next week. Sorry."
Me: "k lol." *Sleep more*
I have to finish my speech and project on the Navajo Tribe by Friday, I think, and I was going to work on a lot of it today but I got tied up with working on this picture. Procrastination gets me pretty hard...I think I need to fix that otherwise I'm sure I'll have trouble in college.
Oh yeah, and my tongue burns kinda, especially when I eat more of those Sea Salt & Vinegar potato chips. It's eating the flesh in my mouth but they taste so good, I can't resist. Mmm.

Sorry, I really had to buy one of these...
I played with these during 7th grade when they were the big thing at my school. I haven't touched one since...and when my friend mentioned how dumb they were when they were the big thing, I remembered how awesome they were so I picked one up. Took me awhile to get used to it again, but now I'm back and loving it. I used to be able to do this thing where I can make it flip up, spinning really fast, and go high enough to hit an average ceiling. It was kickass, and I'm trying to figure it out again. I can only get like 30 inches high right now. I hate skateboards and the whole society behind them, but man this toy is sweet.
I also bought myself today some Tim's Cascade Sea Salt & Vinegar Chips. The best. :O~ And a Sierra Mist Cranberry Lemon-Lime soda. The cranberry attracted me...it's pretty good but the flavor focuses too much on the lemon-lime, which is what Sierra Mist is based on. Oh well, still good I guess.
Going to play some games then hop on to some drawing. Wario Ware: Smooth Moves comes out real soon. :D

Highlight of the day: I went to see the movie Night at the Museum with a friend. I actually liked it. And it took me awhile to realize Roosevelt was Robin Williams, my god. Also the boom-mic was showing at the top of the screen in a lot of scenes at the beginning. It was hilarious and the first time I've seen that kind of error in a movie.
Afterwards we went to Jack in the Box but I didn't really get any food since I ate like 1 lb. of Taco Bell before I came over so I was still full. I did get an Oreo Milkshake though because he said they were good. It was good, but I couldn't finish it all because it was just so much thick dairy stuff. I needed water, which I got, and that felt good after all that...cream...
Then we went back to his house and I played some Perfect Dark Zero while he put some stuff away then we played Gears of War for a few hours. Fun stuff, I think, but I still wish the game was 1st person rather than 3rd person.
I'd draw right now, but it's late and I'm tired. :x Oh yeah, and I slept for 12 hours last night. I needed that, I think, but when I get too much sleep like that, I have really weird dreams. It was a weird one last night, but I forgot it by now. All I remember is that it was weird.
